69 Bank Street

Facilities

I practice from my office at 69 Bank Street, in Whangarei. If you feel anxious about going to new places, I hope seeing these images helps you to prepare for your first visit and to feel more familiarised with the space. Sometimes it can help to know what to expect.

The office is at the back of the old public trust office building, and the face of the building is pictured below (the restaurant is now Astro Boy). To access the waiting room on the first floor, enter the building at the green door (left on the picture below), and go up the stairs to the first floor. There is a lift, but it is small in size. At the first floor landing, go through the double doors ahead of you, and wait in one of the chairs down the hall. There are bathroom facilities on the first floor, along the hallway to your left from the landing.

There is zone 2 (P180) council parking available at the side of the building, and costs $1 per hour. This can fill up, so alternatively, there is the Vinery Lane carpark up Hunt street, which is charged per day. Come early to make sure you have time to look for parking. There is a bus stop right across from the building in Bank Street.
